Payment Responsibility: It’s your job to pay any remaining balance by the due date. If you don’t, your booking will be canceled, and you will lose your deposit. Let us know about any payments you make.
Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds follow the airline or hotel rules and are subject to a handling fee. Refunds usually take 3-6 months to process and will be issued once we get the funds from the airline or hotel.
Changes and Amendments: Changes depend on seat availability and fare rules.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets booked through us cannot be changed or refunded.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are not refundable.
Quote Availability: Quotes are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Ticket issuance usually takes 48-72 hours after full payment. For next-day travel, tickets are issued within 12-24 hours. Contact us if you don’t receive your tickets in time.
E-Tickets: We issue e-tickets only; no paper tickets.
Booking Confirmation: Reconfirm your booking with the travel agency or airline 72 hours before departure to check for last-minute changes.
Check-In Times: Check in at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
Travel Documents: Make sure all your travel documents are correct and valid, including your e-ticket, passport, visa (if needed), and travel insurance.
Liability: We’re not responsible if you’re denied boarding or entry due to incorrect travel documents.
Passport Validity: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
Umrah Visa: The Umrah visa process may take up to 2 weeks. We’re not responsible for delays or changes in visa prices.
Umrah Package: Once booked and confirmed, the Umrah package is non-changeable and non-refundable.
Hotel Changes: We may need to offer a different hotel of similar quality if needed. Any difference in rates will be charged.
Children’s Accommodation: Two children under 6 can stay free with parents, but you’ll need to pay for their breakfast directly at the hotel.
Adjustments: We will try to meet your travel needs but may make minor adjustments based on availability.
Rates and Availability: Room rates and airfares can change and are subject to availability.
Hotel Changes: We are not responsible if the hotel changes after confirmation.
New Laws or Taxes: We are not liable for new laws or taxes imposed by Saudi authorities.
Hotel Issues: If you have problems with your hotel room, they should be addressed with the hotel management. We may not be able to resolve these issues.
Booking Changes: We’re not responsible for any losses due to changes in Hajj or Umrah booking procedures by Saudi authorities.
Visa Policy Changes: We charge £100 for tourist visa costs. Extra payments may be required if Saudi authorities change the visa policy.
Airline Cancellations: If airlines cancel flights or there are restrictions, we’ll follow the guidelines. We’ll refund your flight payment minus any airline charges.
Hotel Reservations: Hotels are non-refundable and non-changeable after the free cancellation period.
Room Specifications: Room features like bed type or room location are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
ESTA Visa: For travel to the U.S., apply for an ESTA Visa on the U.S. Government website.
Credit Card Surcharge: A 2% surcharge applies to credit card transactions for business bookings. Debit card transactions have no surcharge. We may ask for passport or card copies for verification if needed.
